Returns

In the case where you simply change your mind about the product, please contact us via email at admin@juggernort.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

You will be provided a return authorization and address. Any items being returned must be unused and in the original packaging. In the case that you changed your mind about the product the return will be at your own cost. On receipt of your returned items we will provide you a credit towards another purchase or a refund.

In the rare case where you receive an item that is different to the one you ordered please contact us via email at admin@juggernort.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

We will send you a reply paid postage voucher for you to return the incorrect item. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging. On receipt of your returned item we will express post the correct item back to you.

In the rare case where you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us via email at admin@juggernort.com.au immediately after you notice the fault.

We may request photos or we will send you a reply paid postage voucher for you to return the item. On receipt of your returned item we will express post a replacement back to you. In the case the item is no longer available we will provide you a full refund.
